TTP may take photographs, audio, and video during our in-person events, and reserves the right to use/publish any photograph/video taken at any TTP event, including on social media, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. TTP may use the photograph/video in TTP educational, news, or promotional materials, whether in print, electronic, or other forms of media, including on our website. To protect individuals' privacy, images will not be identified by full names or other personal identifying information without the written approval of the photographed subject.
A person attending a TTP event (or one we are participating in) who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organizers, and/or contact the TTP team via email or the Live Chat option and include the identifying photograph for reference. TTP will use the photo for identification purposes (only) and will hold the request in confidence.
