We provide excellent customer service, competitive prices, and good quality. Our vintage jewelry, leather bags, footwear, and ethnic clothing are artisan-made, stylish, durable and designed to withstand the test of time. Some of these items  are one-of-a kind and may not be available for future purchases. 

 

Our Return Policy:

 

At TTP, we stand behind every item we sell with a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect or missing parts, you may return it within 14 days of arrival for a full refund. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable, and as such customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If 14 days have gone by since your orders have been delivered, we cannot offer you a refund of any kind. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned/postmarked during the 14-day window. Purchased items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and ideally returned in the original packaging. Check our Returns Page for additional instructions. 

 

Exceptions:

 

There are certain situations where refunds are not granted. These are sales items and gift cards, perishable goods including food, flowers, or plants, custom products (e.g. special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Order Delivery:

 

Our goal is to ensure timely delivery of all orders, unfortunately, shipping delays can and do incur occasionally due to unavoidable circumstances such as inclement weather, natural disasters, transportation and supply chain issues or carrier delays. We kindly ask you to exercise patience and trust that we will do our best to solve such issues in a timely manner. We will explain the cause(s) of delay, communicate to you the estimated new delivery date(s), or issue a refund if applicable.
