Our curated selection of physical items includes vintage-inspired accessories, traditional garments, artisan footwear, occasion-ready outfits, contemporary tops, and beauty essentials. Our digital collections blend human creativity with new technology. These focus on accessible educational materials, original music, engaging e-books, and unique print-on-demand items. Each is designed to spark curiosity and foster creative growth. TTP will continue to expand its digital work and increase its inventory of accessible, adaptable digital products.

 

Our Return Policy:

At TTP, we stand behind every item we sell with a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing product, you may return it within 14 days of arrival for a full refund. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, we cannot offer any refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned/postmarked during the 14-day window. Exceptions:

 

There are situations where refunds are not granted. These are sales items and gift cards, perishable goods including food, flowers, or plants, custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Order Delivery:

 

Our goal is to ensure timely delivery of all orders. Unfortunately, shipping delays can and do occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including inclement weather, natural disasters, transportation and supply chain issues, or carrier delays. We kindly ask for your patience and trust that we will do our best to resolve these issues promptly. We will explain the cause(s) of the delay, communicate the estimated new delivery date(s) to you, or issue a refund, if applicable.
