Opt-Out
TTP offers customers several ways to opt out of marketing communications, including email and SMS. When subscribing to the TTP newsletter, customers can opt in to receive marketing emails. To opt out, they can click the “Unsubscribe” link in any marketing email or update email preferences in their TTP Shopify store account.
During checkout, customers can opt in to marketing emails and SMS by checking the relevant boxes. To opt out, they can uncheck these boxes. Customers can also contact the TTP team to request removal from marketing lists.
