14-Day Grace Period
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If an item must be returned, TTP has a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from receipt to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and preferably in its original packaging.
Mailing a Package
Item (s) must be packaged in original packing IF AVAILABLE. If the original packaging is unavailable, securely pack your item in a cardboard box with adequate cushioning to prevent damage during transit. If any labels or reprinted marks are presented on the box, they must be completely removed or covered by white labels. Please refer to our return policy to confirm your item is eligible for return.

Dear TTP Team,
I hope this email finds you well. I'm writing to request a refund for my recent purchase [order #12345] made on [Date of Purchase]. Unfortunately, [Describe the specific issue, e.g., “the product arrived damaged” or “the product is incorrect or did not meet the described specifications”].

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us via email, Live Chat, or the Contact US link for questions about returns.
Exceptions /Non-Returnable Items
Please be aware that some products are NOT eligible for returns. These are sale items, gift cards, perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, fragrances, or gases. Please contact us immediately with questions about your purchased product.
Exchanges
We currently do not process exchanges, but the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund Policy
We will notify you of the status of your return request once we’ve received and inspected it. We will let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. If more than 14 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and we have not received the returned item (s), the return will be automatically rejected, and the sale will be considered final. We will gladly address any questions or concerns about our return policy and any related questions by contacting us within the 14-day grace period.
